Balsamic Green Beans
Ingredients:
2 C fresh green beans
2 cloves garlic
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
Instructions:
Snap beans into approximately 1 inch pieces. Steam until tender-crisp, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Mince garlic. Combine minced garlic, vinegar, and olive oil. Toss beans with garlic mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
