Health Classes

Thank you for your interest in our health classes. Classes will be offered on a regular basis and will cover a variety of health related issues.

POSTPONED - No Program Saturday December 13th. We will reschedule Victoria Lashenykh-Mumbauer, Ph.D. for her program titled, Treatment Strategies for Emotional and Behavioral Issues of Children, in the new year.

We have 2 Support Groups that meet regularly, our schedule for the new year will be posted in January.

Weight Loss Surgery Support Group

Geared for those that have either been through the surgery or are considering surgery. Learn from other participants on how they’ve coped with dietary changes and making sure they are receiving adequate nutrition.

Gluten Free Group

Geared for those that have celiac disease or otherwise cannot eat gluten (a component of wheat).

Attention: All groups limited to 15 participants. We have had a great response for these classes, so contact us early if you plan to attend. Call or contact us through the website to sign up.

Healthy Habits Natural Market is a locally owned, independent health food and products store located in Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. We are located near Pottsville, Reading, Tamaqua, Pine Grove, and Hamburg. We carry local organically grown produce, meats, dairy, and eggs. We also carry many natural and organic products, including pet foods and treats.
